Welcome to Your Celebration Kit

Thank you for choosing Calvert Designs 2025! You're about to turn your purchase into something worth celebrating — and Dee and Pip, your CD25 Confidence Creators, are here to help you personalise and print with confidence every step of the way.

Step 1: Access Your Celebration Kit

After completing your order, check your email inbox for a confirmation email from Calvert Designs 2025. This email contains your unique Canva template link — the door into your Celebration Kit. Click the link to open your design instantly in Canva.

Can't find the email? Check your spam or junk folder, or find your download by logging into your Shopify account and viewing your order history.

Step 2: Open in Canva

Your template link takes you straight to Canva. No Canva account yet? You'll be prompted to create one — it's free and takes a minute.

Once your design opens, click "Use template" to create your own editable copy. This keeps your changes safely in your personal Canva account, without touching the original.

Step 3: Personalise with Confidence — Dee's Got You

This is where your Celebration Kit becomes yours. Dee, our Personalise-with-Confidence guide, keeps it simple — no design experience needed:

  • Text — Click any text box to add names, dates, times and venue details
  • Fonts — Select any text and choose from hundreds of Canva fonts
  • Colours — Click any element and use the colour picker to match your theme
  • Photos — Drag and drop your own photos to make it truly personal

Take it one detail at a time, and double-check names, dates and spelling before you move on — Dee always recommends a quick once-over before printing.

Using your own images or artwork: Please only upload content you own or have permission to use. CD25 does not licence third-party characters, logos or branded artwork and may pause support where rights are unclear.

Step 4: Print with Confidence — Pip's Got You

Happy with your design? Click Download in the top right corner of Canva and choose your format:

  • PDF Print — Best for printing at home or at a print shop (highest quality)
  • PNG — Great for digital use or social media sharing
  • JPEG — A compressed image format suitable for most uses

Pip, our Print-with-Confidence guide, recommends:

  • Printing on white card stock (200–300gsm) for a premium feel
  • Using a laser or inkjet printer set to the highest quality setting
  • Selecting "Fit to page" or "Actual size" in your print settings
  • Running one test print before printing your full quantity — it saves paper, ink and stress
  • For a professional finish, taking your PDF to a local print shop (such as Staples or a local print bureau) is a low-cost option
